Brew smooth, hazy ales with White Labs WLP066 London Fog Ale Yeast® (Premium Active Dry Brewers Yeast). A favorite for juicy, fruit-forward IPAs, this strain produces tropical and stone fruit aromas with a soft, velvety finish. Its balanced ester profile and mild residual sweetness make it ideal for New England–style IPAs and modern hop-forward beers.
Each 70 mL pouch treats a 5-gallon batch. With 75–82 % attenuation, low-to-medium flocculation, and a 64–72 °F fermentation range, WLP066 delivers excellent haze stability, pillowy mouthfeel, and expressive hop character.
