Our Blackberry Ginger Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart & redolent with the clean, natural zing of Fresh Ginger. It makes a fantastic Dressing or Marinade. Great on pork or chicken. All of VSOP's Balsamic Vinegars are progressively aged through a battery of seven fired wood barrels (cherry, oak, ash, chestnut, mulberry, juniper, acacia) of successively smaller sizes, according to the age old Solera Method. They are of the highest quality and are made in Modena, Italy from cooked, ultra premium caramelized grape must from Trebbiano & Lambrusco grapes, which is cooked in a copper kettle over an open wood fire according to tradition.
