Stunning vintage Native American bear paw earrings. Larger than I normally see these earrings in. Stunning oval Kingman turuqouse cabahcons sawtooth bezel set. Bears are symbols of strength and wisdom to many Native Americans, and are often associated with healing and medicine. Gorgeous, well done shadow design behind the turquoise and the cut out bear claws. Circa 1960's. Stick posts with included butterfly backings. No stamps as typical of older Native American pieces. Natural, beautiful patina included. May need a cleaning depending on your preferences. Tested with a neodymium magnet and JSP acid, guaranteed sterling.
