Frequently Asked Questions & Usage Guide Who is this Tub Shower Trim Kit for? This kit is designed for homeowners and renters looking to repair broken shower handles, fix leaky spouts, or simply upgrade their bathroom aesthetic to a modern Matte Black or Brushed Nickel finish. It is a DIY-friendly solution that allows you to refresh your hardware without the expense of replacing the internal wall plumbing. How does it work and what is included? The kit operates by replacing the external trim of your existing faucet system. The package includes three replacement shower knobs (Hot, Cold, and Diverter), one bath tub spout with a pull-up diverter, an adapter kit for various pipe sizes (1/2" copper, 1/2" and 3/4" IPS threaded), a wall cover ring, and an installation manual. Important Compatibility & Care Instructions(Limitations): Compatibility: Please note that this specific trim kit is engineered specifically to be compatible with Pfister Verve 3-handle tub and shower faucets. It is not a universal fit for all 3-handle systems across different brands. Installation: To prevent water leakage, ensure that plumber's tape (thread seal tape) is properly applied to the threads during installation. Cleaning Care: To maintain the matte black or brushed nickel finish and prevent spotting, clean only with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges that could scratch the coating.
