Bimota is an Italian motorcycle manufacturer known for its unique, customized designs. Their Tesi 1D 906SR from 1991 was one such machine and it was notable for having a hub-center steering front suspension system rather than the more orthodox forks. This type of system separates the steering, braking, and suspension functions, enabling greater stability and steering consistency since the affect that the suspension movement and braking has on the steering is minimized. Tamiya faithfully replicates this eccentric motorcycle in 1/12 scale with all the real life features and details of the full size motorcycle.Features - Distinctive hub-center steering front suspension. - Steerable front wheel. - Seat is depicted with a special foam material for enhanced realism. - Frame details are precisely reproduced in ABS plastic. - Comes with high-quality Cartograf decals.
- Scale: 1/12
- Ages: 12+
- Tamiya P/N: 14062
