Prince Sparkle

The Prince Sparkle is a highly effective variation of the classic Prince Nymph, combining proven attractor elements with added movement and flash that trout find difficult to resist. Tied with a peacock herl body, gold wire ribbing, soft hackle, and a small bead, this versatile nymph produces a subtle pulsing action underwater that imitates emerging aquatic insects.

Its buggy profile and natural movement make the Prince Sparkle an excellent searching pattern for rivers, streams, tailwaters, and lakes. Effective in both clear and slightly stained water, this fly can be fished dead drift beneath an indicator, tight-lined through seams and riffles, or retrieved slowly to imitate emerging insects.
