- [Versatile Metal Restoration--Not for Car Paint] The felt flap disc is ideal for rust removal, de-oxidation, and polishing of Aluminum, Brass, Stainless Steel, and Iron. Perfect for auto rim restoration, engine parts, and pipe polishing. WARNING: DO NOT use on car paint bodies; high angle grinder speeds will burn the paint. For best results, we recommend using a variable speed grinder at 3000-6000 RPM to avoid burning the surface.
- [Precise Fit for 7/8" Arbor] Designed specifically for standard 4-1/2" Angle Grinders with a 7/8" (22mm) arbor. ATTENTION: Please check your tool's spindle size before purchasing. NOT for standard drills. Not compatible with X-Lock systems.
- [Reinforced Fiberglass Backing] Features a reinforced fiberglass backing plate that maintains structural integrity even at high RPMs, preventing disintegration. Balanced design reduces vibration for safer operation.
- [Premium Compressed Wool] The felt abrasive disc is made of high-density wool felt. The flap design enhances heat dissipation, preventing workpiece overheating/discoloration. Perfect for creating a mirror finish.
- [Comparison Essential] The felt polishing flapdisc must be used with polishing compounds(not included). Felt pads are carriers for the abrasive compound.
