Scientific Anglers Amplitude Smooth Titan Long WF Floating, AST Plus Slickness, Bass/Pike/Carp Streamer Taper, Sage/Moss/Dark Olive - WF-8-F

Scientific Anglers Amplitude Smooth Titan Long WF Floating fly line is built for anglers who live to launch bulky patterns and move serious fish, delivering a true fly line for big flies with the ultra-low friction feel of the Amplitude Smooth platform and the performance edge of AST Plus slickness for effortless shooting and long-term wear resistance. Designed around a powerful, quick-loading head that's built two sizes heavy (match the printed line weight to your rod), it turns over articulated streamers, coneheads, and heavy rigs with authority while still laying out clean presentations for bass, pike, carp, and streamer-focused trout fishing. The Titan Long profile adds a floating fly line extended taper with an elongated rear taper that improves mending, line control, and directional changes—especially useful when you need to steer a drift along cover, manage current seams, or keep a streamer tracking true at distance from a boat or while wading. Tuned for moderate and cold climates and built on a braided multifilament core for dependable handling, this WF floating line brings modern materials science to the moments that matter most: tighter loops, longer casts, better control, and more confidence when the fly you're throwing is anything but subtle.
