A 7-string Multiscale Monster The Schecter Damien-7 Multiscale 7-string electric guitar’s haunting looks perfectly mirror this instrument’s dark, brooding extended-range tones! From the black-on-black-on-black color scheme to the bat inlays on the rosewood fingerboard, this 7-string is purpose-built for modern metal aggression, so it’s no surprise that its pair of Diamond Heretic humbuckers serve up an entire range of unholy high-gain chug. A 25.5–27-inch multi-scale length design unlocks perfect string tension and spot-on intonation across the fingerboard — two must-have features when dancing up and down on the thin “C” maple neck’s 24 jumbo frets, leveled into a flat 16-inch radius for maximum playability. The Damien-7’s lightweight mahogany body holds it all together, sporting a deep double-cut shape with comfortable contours for unlimited access to this 7-string’s mammoth range.Harness your full range Sure, you can tune your favorite 6-string (or standard-scale 7-string, for that matter) down to the low B
