A unique infrared unit that can be used as the main heating source for your terrarium or vivarium.
- High heat with low visible light
- Rich in Infrared A & B
- High energy efficiency compared to basking spot lamps
- Supports digestion and natural behaviours in your pet
This infrared lamp is so named because of th egold metallic sheen it has when cold and switched off. The light emitted by the unit is virtually invisible to the human eye as well as to most pets, making it ideal for use across the full daily cycle without disrupting those species more sensitive to light.
Infrared light is direct and not affected by air movement in your setup, making it up to 50% more efficient that other methods of heating. Always use with a dimming thermostat and chose the correct wattage for the size and type of your enclosure.
