- CLEAN & ETCH IN ONE STEP - OPENS PORES & CREATES IDEAL SURFACE PROFILE (CSP) Micro-etches concrete to remove laitance and light residues while opening pores and increasing porosity. Produces the optimal surface profile for penetrating sealers, stains, paints, epoxy, and concrete coatings.
- BOOSTS ADHESION FOR EPOXY, PAINTS, SEALERS & COATINGS Enhances mechanical bonding by increasing surface area and improving substrate receptivity. Helps reduce peeling, delamination, and coating failure on garage floors, basements, patios, and walkways.
- HIGH COVERAGE - TREATS UP TO 250 SQ. FT. PER GALLON Efficient coverage for interior and exterior concrete. Ideal for prepping garage slabs, basement floors, workshops, outdoor patios, and walkways before applying sealers, stains, or coatings.
- ACID-FREE, NON-CORROSIVE FORMULA - SAFE FOR INDOOR USE Performs like a traditional acid etcher without harsh fumes, corrosive reaction, or concrete “burn.” Suitable for enclosed spaces where muriatic or phosphoric acids are unsafe or impractical.
- WATER-SOLUBLE FOR EASY DILUTION & SIMPLE RINSING Fully water-soluble formula eliminates the neutralization step. Mixes easily, spreads evenly, and rinses clean with water—saving time and reducing cleanup effort compared to traditional acids.
- INCREASES POROSITY FOR DEEPER SEALER PENETRATION Creates a more open pore structure to help penetrating sealers absorb deeper into concrete, improving long-term durability and performance.
- CREATES MICRO-TEXTURE (“TOOTH”) ON SMOOTH CONCRETE SURFACES Provides additional micro-roughness that helps coatings grip machine-troweled or very smooth concrete surfaces, supporting stronger adhesion for epoxy and decorative finishes.
- FAST, CONSISTENT RESULTS WITHOUT HARSH ACIDS Delivers predictable etching depth and performance without the aggressive reaction, staining, or handling risks associated with muriatic or phosphoric acid products.
- EASY APPLICATION - DIY FRIENDLY, CONTRACTOR GRADE Apply with a pump sprayer, mop, or scrubber. Great for homeowners preparing floors for coating and professionals seeking reliable, repeatable surface prep results.
- TRUSTED MANUFACTURER - MADE BY RADONSEAL SINCE 1997 Produced and shipped by RadonSeal, a leader in concrete preparation and sealing products for over 25 years.
