Pelipper is a medium-sized, pelican-like Pokémon that appears yellow, light blue, and white. Its beak is yellow in color. The upper part of the head, the tips of the wings and the feet are colored light blue. The rest of the body is therefore white. The most striking feature is the oversized beak that reaches to the abdomen. 

Pelippa can create enormous hurricanes with his wings or weaken his opponents with other flying attacks such as flapping wings.

He also has the name of the flying transporter. This is because it flies its young or other small Pokémon around in its large beak. That's sweet and makes you want to cuddle with Pelipper and expand your Pokémon collection with him.
