When thicker spatulas just won the do the trick, this thin flexible turner from OXO slips under and lifts even the most delicate fish filet or papery crepe. Measuring 11 inches long, the turner is comprised of a nylon head heat resistant to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, a stainless-steel wire neck, and soft, sure-grip handle. The turner is ideal for use on nonstick cookware and bakeware, and is dishwasher-safe.
A hole in the handle allows the turner to be hung conveniently near the stove. True to OXO’s creed of designing products that are easy to use for the widest range of users, the turner is very lightweight and fits the hand comfortably.
