These powdered metal drills are designed to tackle tough materials. The VPH V-Series line is perfect for exotic materials like Inconel, even without through-tool coolant. OSG's XPM substrate and V-coating create the toughest, most wear-resistant drill compared to other HSS drills. With a diameter of 3.048mm (or 31 wire gauge, 0.12 inches), 36mm flute length, and 68mm overall length, this drill offers precise cutting with a tolerance of +0/-0.018mm (or +0/-0.0007 inches). It has a 4mm shank diameter, a 30-degree helix angle, and a 130-degree point angle. It's designed for right-hand cutting with no coolant through, has two flutes, and offers downloadable DXF and STP drawings.
