Important Note: Almost ALL furnace filters have a different "actual size" than the nominal size printed on the air filter. It's best if you measure your air filter for the EXACT size and compare it to our "Actual Size". With the 4" and 5" air filters there is a wider variance between the nominal and actual size depending on the manufacturer. We also carry 4 3/8 and 5 1/4 inch depth filters, this is why we ask you to compare the exact dimensions. Nordic Pure 20x25x5 Trion Air Bear Replacement Pure Carbon Pleated Odor Reduction air filters measure an actual depth of 4 7/8". Pure Carbon Pleated Air Filters by Nordic Pure is made with a durable non-woven polyester base media infused with naturally derived charcoal, created to eliminate odors in your office or home. Our pleated design provides three times as much carbon media per A/C filter but maintains excellent air flow. Our Pure Carbon air filters are manufactured using heavy duty, moisture resistant beverage board frame. The frame has 2 strips of foam tape on 2 sides. There is a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for extra support. These activated carbon, odor eliminator Pure Carbon AC furnace filters can be used in residents as a stand-alone filter or as a pre-filter in high-efficiency commercial HVAC units.
