- [8-in-1 Home Gym]: Mikolo K6 power cage combines a power rack, cable crossover machine, lat pulldown station, 2:1 ratio low row station (includes footplate attachment), chin-up station, dip station, core trainer, and resistance station — all in one unit for your home gym. With the K6 power cage, you can perform unlimited exercises in a limited space.
- [Stable True Cage]: Why choose a true power cage instead of a simple power rack? In-cage workouts are the answer. Compared to free weights, in-frame exercises provide better safety for beginners. Weight cage dimensions: 56.5’’L × 67.5’’W × 86.4’’H. This setup allows you to perform in-cage squats and bench presses. Internal dimensions: 41’’ × 60’’, deep enough to fit almost all weight benches. The power cage weighs 230 lbs and features eight reinforcing tabs to increase stability during training.
- [Impeccable Stability]: Enjoy smooth and stable workouts with the upgraded pulley system. Mikolo’s improved sliding sleeves ensure seamless operation, featuring four white rollers that glide effortlessly along the riser while protecting it from wear and tear. This upgrade not only enhances your workout experience but also extends the lifespan of the cage, making the K6 a smart long-term investment for your home gym.
- [Space-Saving Design]: With 5 holes on each side of the top and bottom rods, you can position band pegs and the landmine as needed. Perform reverse band squats, bench presses, barbell twists, and T-bar rows without space concerns. This power cage features a pedal that flips and lies completely flat on the floor, so it won’t prevent you from standing up to use the cable system. The gym cage also includes 2 weight storage pins, 4 storage hooks, and 1 barbell storage holder.
- [Free & Complete Accessories]: No need to purchase extra accessories — everything comes with our home gym power cage. Included: T-bar × 1, lat pulldown bar × 1, tricep rope × 1, cable bar × 1, cable handles × 2, weight storage pins × 2, J-hooks × 2, dip bars × 2, detachable landmine × 1, footboard × 1, barbell spring clamps × 2, and safety bar spring clamps × 2.
