MECCANIXITY 16 Gauge Wire Silicone Wire 16AWG Electrical Wire Stranded Wire High Temperature Hookup Wire Tinned Copper Wire 15m/50ft Green Spool for Model Wiring, DIY Wiring
The flexible silicone wires are widely used in high-temperature electronics or line environment lighting, model wiring harnesses, electrical appliances, equipment internal connecting wires, household appliances, large transformers and lamps, instrumentation, motor lead wires, electrical wiring, and other connecting wires.
Silicone Wire ,is in size of:External Diameter:3.0mm(0.11 inch);Length:15m(590.55 inch);Insulation Material :Silicone Rubber ;Conductor Material :Tinned Copper ;Spool Color:Green;Rated Voltage: 600V.;High Temperature Resistance :200 degree C ;In the package of: 1 x Silicone Wire
It is made of Silicone Rubber and Tinned Copper, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, flame retardant performance is good.Strong electrical conductivity, durable stability.
Steps of using:1. Select the equipment and power supply connected with the appropriate silicone wire; 2. Before connecting the wires, ensure that the terminals of the wires are clean and tidy, and use crimping pliers to secure the terminals. 3. Make sure that the connection is secure and secure. You can use insulation tape to wrap the connection to enhance protection; 4. After the wires are connected, an electrical test is required.
Silicone wire can withstand a certain amount of bending and stretching, but need to avoid excessive bending, compression and stretching, otherwise it will affect the electrical conductivity and electrical performance of the wire.
