- SIZE: 16 x 35g Bar
- MAROU BARS: Marou bars represent an evolution to our craft. Compared to our signature 80g bars which are made to be savored and shared, the Marou bar range is our single portion, pocket-sized bites crafted for some serious on-the-go deliciousness. Pop a few in your bag, simply tear open & devour and get ready for the adventure to the tropics.
- FLAVOR: An addictive sweet and zesty crunch. Roasted peanuts, salted caramel, 65% dark chocolate with hint of ginger. The Result is a tasty snack that can fulfill your hunger in the middle of the day. Vegan friendly, sustainably and ethically sourced. Adventure never tasted so good!
- SINGLE ORIGIN CHOCOLATE: Our Single Origin chocolate bars are made with cacao sourced from six provinces in southern Vietnam. The climate, soil, and water of each province (call it terroir if you want) as well as the mix of cacao varieties and post-harvest practices contribute to the different flavors of each origin, which in turn make the different flavors of each bar.
- BEAN TO BAR MANIFESTO: In 2011, when we came up with the peculiar idea to make chocolate using only Vietnamese cacao and to manufacture it in Ho Chi Minh City. We had never heard the term, "bean-to-bar", but we soon did and all of a sudden felt like we were part of something larger than just creating a local food business. We roast the cream of each crop of Cacao in small batches.
