The Tungsten bead acts as a fish attractor and gets the fly down deep to where the fish are feeding.
Incorporating a few splashes of silver in the dressing this Perdigon really stands out, no matter the water conditions. A great top dropper for fast riffles! It's also highly visible when targeting sighted fish. A pattern that works no matter the conditions.
Tied on a nymph hook and incorporating a tungsten bead - to get it down where it matters. This fly is ideal for sight fishing and as part of a team in all water conditions.
Equally useful in rivers and stillwaters.
