Barrel Proof is a brand extension for Heaven Hill’s Larceny Bourbon that was launched in 2020. It consists of bourbon made from a wheat mash bill from barrels aged 6 to 8 years, bottled uncut, non chill-filtered. This expression is the first release for 2022, available in limited quantities as of February.
