We only try to make things more accessible with the 12.5-inch outside diameter. The horn button is for decorative purpose only and it is non-functional.

Make sure you hold on to that; you will need it to put the new adaptor on. Once that is done,you can mount the golf cart steering wheel with the included screws, and you are done.
