- PRECISE SMALL SIZE WHARNCLEAVER DIMENSIONS: Blade Length 2.81"/71mm | Overall Open Length 6.54"/166mm | Closed Length 3.70"/94mm | Blade Thickness 0.118"/3.0mm | Weight 2.57 oz/73g. This compact wharncleaver EDC knife delivers efficient cutting performance in an ultra-portable, lightweight package for discreet everyday carry. The wharncleaver blade shape features a full-length flat cutting edge that excels at clean, controlled slicing and push cuts.
- PREMIUM D2 TOOL STEEL WHARNCLEAVER BLADE: The wharncleaver blade is crafted from D2 tool steel. D2 is a high-carbon, high-chromium tool steel prized for superior hardness and edge retention. This blade holds its razor-sharp edge significantly longer than standard stainless steels, ideal for users who demand extended cutting performance between sharpenings. Every blade arrives shaving sharp out of the box with a 0.118" (3.0mm) blade stock for a strong, durable cutting edge. The flat-ground wharncleaver profile maximizes the usable cutting edge for efficient slicing of cardboard, rope, tape, and food prep.
- ULTRA SMOOTH BALL BEARING FLIPPER ACTION: The Honey Badger Wharncleaver opens effortlessly thanks to precision ball bearings in the pivot, delivering satisfyingly smooth and fast deployment every time. Deploy the blade instantly with one hand using either the flipper tab or the generous thumb hole. A secure liner lock holds the blade firmly in the open position during use. The dual-action opening system is fully ambidextrous, making this folding pocket knife equally comfortable for left-handed and right-handed users.
- HONEYCOMB FRN HANDLE WITH DEEP CARRY CLIP: The handle is made from FRN (fiberglass-reinforced nylon) with a signature honeycomb hexagonal texture that delivers a secure, non-slip grip in wet or dry conditions. Jimping on the spine and choil provides extra traction for controlled cutting. The reversible deep carry pocket clip is fully ambidextrous (left/right, tip-up) and positions the knife deep in your pocket for discreet carry. At just 2.57 oz, this compact wharncleaver virtually disappears in your pocket, purse, or on a keyring.
- VERSATILE EVERYDAY CARRY & GIFT READY: The compact wharncleaver blade is perfect for everyday slicing tasks like opening letters and packages, cutting tape, food prep, and quick utility cuts. The wharncleaver blade shape is prized by knife enthusiasts for its superior push-cutting ability and clean, straight slicing action. Designed in South Africa, each Honey Badger ships in a presentation-quality gift box with a torx wrench included for adjusting pivot tension, making it an excellent gift for men, women, outdoor enthusiasts, and everyday knife carriers.
