- Honestly Cranberry uses a proprietary process to slice and dry its cranberries. The consistency and texture is similar to a raisin; but not as plump or juicy though (cranberries have air pockets in them, so when we dry them & don't add anything, they may seem flatter than other "dried cranberries").
- Our ‘best by’ date is about a year, but the product lasts much longer. Our product may dry out over time (arguably making it more shelf stable), the color may dull, and/or some product may develop surface sugars. Surface sugars are just that – we don’t add or change anything about the process; similar to a chocolate bloom, or other dried fruits without oil.
- AIP, Diabetic, Keto, Paleo, and Whole30 friendly. 15 calories, 4g of carbs and 1g of sugar per serving. 25x the health benefit, per unit weight, when compared to sweetened dried cranberries.
