- CF stainless steel simple autoclave precautions: The temperature of external heating is recommended not to exceed 350℃, the heating rate is ≤ 5℃/min, the temperature can be controlled by PID temperature control system, the cooling rate is ≤5℃/min. The safety pressure is 22 MPa.
- The reactor body and the cover are made of high quality stainless steel. The kettle body is connected with the flange through the thread. The cover is a flat plate. The two are tightly connected by the main bolts and nuts.
- The main sealing port of the autoclave adopat a gasket or a line contact of a tapered or circulator surface. By tightening the main nut, they are pressed against each other to achieve a good sealing effect.When tightening the nut, the angle must be symmetrical several times and tightened gradually. The force should be equal,do not make the cover to tilt to one side.If a gasket seal (tetrafluoro, lu, copper, asbestos pad, etc.) is used, tightening the main nut can achieve a good sealing performance.
