Glass Academy Meditation Globe 2.0

The Meditation Globe, an original creation and class by Glass Academy founders, is a unique, handcrafted glass keepsake that brings joy for years. In this updated class, students learn glassblowing basics and craft their own globe, choosing Twisties and sparkle glass options. They manipulate colored glass on a marver, creating a captivating center design, and can add bubble traps, spirals, or pinched designs. A second furnace dip encases the inner layer, and a specialized block tool shapes the glass into a perfect orb. Many find the experience deeply meditative and serene.
