Cafelat Gasket - 8.5mm made from food grade FDA silicone. Unlike original rubber gaskets, Cafelat gaskets do not have any smell or taste, easy to change. Gasket is softer than original to ease a good seal. Cafelat specializes in gaskets for espresso machine and develop gaskets with best fit. Included: Silicone Grease 111. Safe, Tasteless, Odorless, Premium Quality. Safe for food and your espresso machine. Prevents gaskets from sticking to metal, plastic, resists weathering and water washout. Instruction: 1- Remove old shower holder, gasket. 2 - Clean group head with brush. 3. Lubricate sides of the gasket, just a small amount to give seals a "sheen". 3 - Install the gasket "Cafelat" sign placing up to the group head. Flat side down to portafilter.
