- Leather Handle Washers - USA Made - (100 Pack) | These are U.S.A. made premium leather washers that are designed for handle making use. They have a slot in their middle section to allow for the passing of the handle tang on knives and tools. Once stacked, tightened, and sanded to shape, these create a virtually seamless grip surface.
- Material: Top Grain Cowhide | The material used for these slotted leather washers is top grain cowhide. We pay particular attention to select only the best areas of the hide for use. Each handle washer set is selected for color, conformation, and quality.
- Outer Dimension: 1.30 x 1.00 x .125 (Inches) | The outer shape of these leather handle washers is tapered in design. This will create the perfect starting point for final handle shaping. Very little material, if any, will need to be sanded away from the outer handle surface to bring these handle washers to final shape.
- Slot Dimension: 0.40 x 0.120 (Inch) | The center slot in these handle washers is pre-cut to 0.40 x 0.120 inches. This will fit many hidden tang designs on the market (for repair, etc.). Additionally, the slot in these washers can be easily enlarged for use on larger tang sizes.
- Color: Brown (Vegetable dyed) | 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed: With over 20 years of experience in developing knife making supplies and accessories, the quality component line offered by KnifeKits is unsurpassed in the knife making industry. KnifeKits stacked leather handle washers are used and relied on by professional knife makers worldwide. Each washer is individually inspected and guaranteed for quality.
