Weyermann Carahell Malt is a premium pale caramel malt crafted from the finest German barley using a proprietary caramelization process. At 8–12° Lovibond, it produces a light gold to pale amber color, contributing smooth malt sweetness, fine caramel notes, improved foam stability, and enhanced mouthfeel.
