This has a sweet malty nose of roasted nuts, dried vine fruit, cranberry, star anise, and glazed chocolate doughnut. The palate is a delicious mélange of caramel, vanilla, chocolate babka, mango, passion fruit, cherry, raspberry coulis, and cinnamon, pushing all the chips in for a magnificent finish of black cherry, peppercorn, and tiramisu.
