Bird Patterns in Brick Stitch

Designs for eight beautiful birds to be made in flat brick stitch with cylinder beads. Color numbers are included for Delica size 11 beads, from 9 to 16 colors per bird. All birds include a full lettered diagram that could also be used to create them with peyote stitch. Each bird also has a detailed word chart with extra instructions and detail diagrams to guide you through the shaping of the bird. An easy-start beginning is used to avoid making a long ladder stitch row to get started. All designs are original patterns created by Sheila Root, not by AI! All have been fully tested and beaded with Delica beads in the colors listed. Finished birds shown are photographs of the beaded birds, not computer or AI generated images. Birds included: Northern Cardinal, American Robin, Eurasian Blue Tit, Cape White Eye, Two Chickadees, Peach Faced Lovebird, and Black Masked Lovebird (because you can't have just one lovebird!).
