Bestem Carbon Fiber Tail Cowl, Twill for BMW S1000R 2014 - 2016 S1000RR 2015 - 2016 in twill weave will give your motorcycle that special custom look. This part is now made by autoclave technology, which uses pre-impregnated 100% carbon fiber fabric and cures at 400 degrees and very high pressure. So the product is way stronger and cleaner than that is made by vacuum bagging process before. We also use UV resistant coating to keep the carbon fiber from fading, as is the problem with cheaper polyester or vinyl carbon fiber on the market today. To ensure the best possible fit, we have also test-installed all of our final products before they are ready for market.
- 100% 3K Pre-Preg Carbon Fiber
- Autoclave Process
- Custom formulated Epoxy Resin for flexibility
- Protective Coating for UV Resistant
- 2x2 Twill Weave, Gloss Finish
