Atomik Rock Climbing Holds Set of 10 Screw-On Dripstone Incut Crimp Style 1 in Assorted Bright Tones

The 10 Drimpstone Incut Crimper Rock Climbing Set includes: 10 Rock Climbing HoldWood Screws Description: The 10 Drimpstone Incut Crimper Rock Climbing Holds offers about 3/4" of incut crimp. That depth of hold means they are an introduction to crimping on vertical walls. It also means Crimptown in steep terrain. As a handhold on a vertical wall, you are in the V1/2 range. V1/2 is hard for the beginner. However, the beginner can use them as footholds. Where this set shines is in steep terrain. You will get a V2 crimp on a 20-degree overhanging wall and a V6 crimp on a 45-degree overhanging wall. The "legs" on these shapes add more variety, such as grabbing a thumb-catch here and there. The lips of these three-finger-wide crimps are on the thinner side, so they "bite" as you would expect them to. The Dripstone design style is rock-like, which means a grippier texture than more simple design styles.
