For best success, bake cake in Ateco 12812 rectangular cake pan, but any cake pan that is 12-inches by 8-inches by 3-inches or larger will work. Once the cake has cooled, apply even pressure to the number cutter, slowly cutting into the cake, remove exterior cake scrapes and carefully remove the cutter, then ice, decorate and enjoy your cake!
