UL rated at 70-pound fan, 200-pound fixture, CSA rated at 50-pound fan/fixture. No loose parts to misplace, all pieces are integrated into single unit. Two-hour fire rating. To install - position alongside joist, tighten center screw, position mounting bracket over locator posts, pull wires through KO, remove captive bracket screws and use them to mount fixture/fan bracket.
