When a single gel bait product is used exclusively for roach control, research shows that cockroach strains can demonstrate feeding aversions. BASF developed alpine cockroach gel bait rotations 1 and 2 to help prevent bait aversion from developing. This fast-acting duo, a part of the complete cockroach solution, provides baits that are attractive to both gel-bait-averse and non-gel-bait-averse cockroaches. Use this rotation system with confidence, knowing that each formulation provides different food ingredients and quick, reliable control. Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotations 1 contain the same active ingredient, dinotefuran, which has been granted reduced risk by the EPA for both public health use and food handling establishments. Its mode of action controls strains that are resistant to the active ingredients found in many sprays and baits.
