- 1.【Unique Internal Structure - Longer Lifespan, Smoother Rolling】Discover the innovation within! Our casters are engineered with a unique internal structure that not only sets them apart from conventional designs but also delivers superior performance. Experience smoother rolling, enhanced durability, and most notably, near-zero swivel wobble for exceptional stability. We invite you to explore the engineering that makes this remarkable difference
- 2.【High precision】This is no common-grade caster wheels product—it's manufactured to extreme-precision standards, ensuring smooth and efficient operation even under heavy loads. If you judge it as an ordinary product solely by its appearance, you would be completely mistaken. We imbue every detail with craftsmanship, including its clearance, noise level, smoothness, and surface treatment—each aspect meets extremely high standards. When you actually hold the caster product in your hand, you will be amazed to find that it truly stands out. Its substantial heft, smooth operation, and premium feel will make you appreciate it even more
- 3.【High strength nylon brake pedal】 Why do we choose nylon as the brake pedal instead of cheap stamped iron pedals? Because we use high-strength nylon material, which is not ordinary nylon. Some people think that plastic is poor quality and cheap — this is a misconception. This nylon material offers strong anti-aging properties and self-lubricating performance. Its production cost is far higher than that of iron pedals. The injection-molded design provides a larger brake friction contact surface, resulting in longer service life, and it is rust-resistant. In the caster industry, using this nylon for the brake pedal is considered a mark of a higher-end caster product
- 4.【Super Elastic & Quiet Tires】The high-elasticity rubber tires are designed for durability and to ensure a quiet, smooth ride, minimizing noise and reducing wear over time, not damage the floor and leave no any drag marks. Its anti-slip performance is superior, especially on smooth floors, and its traction is more outstanding, providing safer protection. We encourage you to compare. While many similar casters are advertised as rubber or polyurethane, verify the actual material, Usually use hard PVC A85/A90 is as a substitute — the type used for wire insulation. Though visually similar, as we're constrained by wording limits, we withhold judgment on quality here. You be the judge
- 5.【Applied Hardening Heat Treatment Process】Additionally, we have applied a hardening heat treatment process to the load-bearing contact surfaces—a process not adopted by 99% of caster manufacturers. We welcome you to disassemble and verify this feature
- 6.【Dust and Tangle Prevention Function】On both sides of the wheel, we have installed two large wheel covers to effectively prevent ropes from tangling in the axle, avoiding wheel blockage caused by entangled debris. Additionally, this protects the internal bearings and extends their service life. Furthermore, we have also equipped the swivels with dust rings to prevent sand and dust from entering the swivel raceway, ensuring the caster's swivel steel balls can rotate normally in various environments
- 7.【Dual-Safety Locking】Wheel lock + swivel lock for rock-solid stability under heavy loads. When you step down on the caster, it locks both the wheel rotation and the swiveling motion. After locking, the remaining play in the swivels is minimal, almost zero, which provides more reliable protection. These details are where we excel. some users may find it requires a bit more effort when testing the braking effect by hand. This is actually not an issue—the force required is designed according to safety standards, as the brake is intended to be engaged with the foot during normal use, not by hand. When operated with your foot, the force feels just right, not excessive
- 8.【Sealed Precision Bearings】Due to the product grade positioning of our casters, we never use low-quality carbon steel bearings or inferior non-hardened iron bearings. All our casters are equipped with precision bearing steel bearings, renowned for their minimal clearance, smooth operation, and wear resistance. Of course, such selection results in higher production costs. To ensure better quality, we are committed to this choic
- 9.【Rated Load Capacity】As plate caster wheels set of 4, their rated load capacity can reach up to 1350LB (615kg) with absolutely no overstatement. Our laboratory testing uses 1765LB (800kg) as the standard, where they undergo heavy-duty dynamic mileage tests, impact tests, wear resistance tests, low-temperature tests, and more. Please feel confident in owning it
- 10.【Flexible Sizing Options】 Its applications are quite extensive,Offering 3-inch, 4-inch, and 5-inch options,Upgrade or replace the old casters on your tool cabinets, workbench, kitchen islands, medical carts, cabinet, hand trucks, platform trucks, heavy-duty shelving, large planter, mobile workstation, storage cabinet, bookshelf, retail display rack, outdoor grill, utility cart, or piece of furniture, etc
