25 lb. Bulk Roach & Cricket Chow – Balanced Protein, Calcium-Fortified Diet by Five-Star Feeders – 5-Gallon Bucket

Our original Five-Star Feeders Roach Chow is the trusted blend we’ve offered for over five years—an all-purpose insect diet developed to support the daily health and performance of Dubia roaches, crickets, and other feeder insects. This balanced formula delivers the ideal mix of whole grains, plant-based protein, calcium, and essential nutrients, promoting steady growth, breeding success, and long-term vitality. Each batch is made in small quantities to ensure consistent quality and maximum freshness. With a carefully controlled 17% protein content, this chow helps avoid the risks of excessive protein, such as uric acid buildup, which can negatively impact the reptiles and amphibians that feed on your insects. Instead, it provides a safe, balanced nutritional foundation for both your feeders and the animals that rely on them. We freeze every batch for at least 48 hours before packaging to help ensure it arrives clean, safe, and free of unwanted contaminants. Packaged in durable, smell-blocking silver mylar bags to maintain freshness and minimize odors in your home. Whether you’re feeding a single pet or maintaining a breeding colony, this proven formula is a reliable, high-quality staple trusted by keepers and breeders alike.
