From its younger sibling (The PYL), YES beefed up the wood core with some Bamboo (= stiffer flex & better dampening), YES added more carbon (= better response & dampening) and added in their Coreless Tail technology (= the surfy feeling of a Swallow Tail, but without losing the switch riding versatility and the boards ollie pop & landing gear). It loves to be ridden hard. DCP approved.
